Working Principle of Brick Making Machine
The main motor drives the reducer through belt pulley, transmitting power to gear shaft. Small gear drives big gear (main shaft). Crank linkage converts rotary motion into vertical reciprocating motion of the crossbeam.
The machine completes feeding → pressing → ejecting → pushing → re-feeding in cycles. When crossbeam lifts, the cam pushes the lower platen to eject bricks; the feeding cart pushes finished bricks to the platform and refills the mold simultaneously.
Brick Making Machine Raw Material Ratio Reference
