3. Drying System

Wet trays contain about 65% to 70% moisture. They must pass through a heating tunnel to dry completely. YG offers automatic multi-layer metal dryers which use diesel, natural gas, or coal. These metal dryers save a lot of factory space because they stack the drying lines vertically.

4. Pressing and Packing

Dry trays pass through a hydraulic hot-press machine. This machine uses heavy pressure and heat to smooth out wrinkles and flatten the tray edges. It makes the trays neat so you can stack more of them into a tight bundle for shipping.
